This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be read alongside our main terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

1. What is the estimated Shipping time outside India?

All Domestic orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. How long will it take for the order to reach me?

From the time of shipping, domestic orders take 2-7 days for orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and sometimes unavoidable delays might be beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

3. What are your shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for most of our products but a minimum shipping charge will be calculated at checkout for a few products on our website and it's mentioned in the product page.

4. Where are my tracking details?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

1. Do you ship internationally?

2. What is the estimated delivery time outside India?

The delivery timeline will vary based on your location. It takes 4 - 5 business days to dispatch the order. Once the order is processed and dispatched, it generally takes 10 - 15 business days to deliver.

3. What is the shipping rate for international shipping?

The shipping rates are anywhere between INR 1100 - 3200 and vary based on the weight of your order and location. You will be able to see the shipping rates depending on the weight of your order and shipping destination at the time of checkout. Depending on the laws applicable to your location, additional charges including taxes, custom duties or VAT may be applicable. All such additional charges are not included in the shipping fee and will need to be borne by the customer on delivery. Please note if you are unable to clear the custom fees/ charges at the time of accepting your order, then your order will not be cancelled and money will not be refunded.
